Our scientists drive market leading innovation through learning causes of skincare problems directly at the source. Often taking many years to research, our team have formulated some of the world’s most talked about formulations that often go on to create new trends in beauty.
Working to pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, all products are subject to rigorous effectiveness tests carried out in close medical-aesthetical collaboration, guaranteeing technically safe information on their effect and ensuring extremely high customer satisfaction.
Environmental & Social Commitments
No Animal Testing
From the beginning, environmental care has been a deep-rooted commitment in the philosophy of Germaine de Capuccini. We categorically reject animal testing and the use of animal bi-products.
We also hold the CO2 Zero certificate thanks to our commitment to environmental care. In fact, Germaine de Capuccini was the first skincare manufacturer to gain this certification.
All of the Germaine de Capuccini range is paraben free.
We do not use microbeads in any of our formulations.
All of our natural ingredients are sustainably and ethically sourced, supported by programmes such as the BEE of South Africa. BEE offer development opportunities for the discriminated minorities.
Germaine de Capuccini is one of the ten companies that make up the STANPA Foundation. This project is promoted by STANPA (National Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics) and aims to implement the “Look Good, Feel Better” program in Europe; supporting women with cancer.
In order to help include people with visual disability and thus help their personal autonomy, Germaine de Capuccini uses Braille on the packaging of its retail products.
